The brackets are a cheap advhisive and don't stick to the wall. Further, the blinds themselves are a cheap fabric that looks like paper. I would like to return these if possible.

After receiving the first pair of blinds that were completly unacceptable, I was talked into ordering the more expensive super deluxe double cell light filtering ones. First of all they came with no instructions and the video on there website does not cover the type i got. Second the fit isn't ideal, the fabric is lightly stained and they have a cheap quality to them. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Plus there gaurantee is a one time only thing.

The samples you sent and the actual shade fabric were not the same! The sample dimmed without being smudgy or liney, but the actual roller fabric was some of the poorest I've seen. At 10% you should see the view, ot the shade. We will never use you again and also make sure our HOA members steer clear of you

I received my blinds almost a month after I ordered them. The quality of the blinds are horrible. They are no thicker than aluminum foil. I was extremely disappointed with these blinds. I do not recommend purchasing window treatments from this company.

Terrible customer service. Do not live up to the commercial hype. I've tried to get replacement parts and they sent me the wrong thing again. The suppier is not even Blindster. Bad Bad Bad experience!

Where to begin!! They took a week longer than quoted. They are dirty and have marks on them that won’t come off. Also, they are to long causing the lower slat to not rotate. Creating an almost inch gap. I opted for the no drill mounts which was a huge mistake. This makes the top not sit against the top sill. Over all I hate them!!!

This is the second one I ordered and had to pay extra for. The width on the first one was too short so I went ahead and ordered one with a valance. This one did not take into consideration the frame of the valance and is too wide. I was also told that the length would be plenty long and it is not. It doesn’t come down any farther than the sill. The black plastic inside the tube that turns the blind broke. I cannot believe I wasted so much money on this.
