    Cordless Light Filtering Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades

    Top down bottom up shades.

    The shades look great in our sunroom, we have 7 very large windows and the top down feature is very important for us to have. What is disappointing is that a year after the warrenty expired the springs started to give out and the shade is then worthless. I have replaced 5 of the 7. Because of the pricing at Blindster we have replaced them but now I know what to expect in 5-6 years. Just waiting for the last 2 springs to permently be sprung!

    Deluxe Blackout Fabric Roller Shades

    Much Better than SelectBlinds

    These are solid good-quality shades that raise and lower very smoothly and were easy to install. Before trying Blindster, I ordered similar shades from SelectBlinds. Their shades were very poor quality and broke soon after I installed them even though I was gentle with them. SelectBlinds sent a warranty replacement but, again, they broke soon after I installed them. To their credit, SelectBlinds gave me a full refund. But of course there was no compensation for the time I wasted installing them twice and repairing the holes in the drywall.

    The blinds I ordered were "room darkening", but they are relatively thin and I would say more "light filtering". Installation seemed pretty straight forward. However, cord control needed to be pressed very tightly for the beaded chain to pass through it making it difficult to lift and lower the shade. Also, tracking the shipping of the shades, I did not realize they were produced in China and needed to go through Customs. I would not order again.

    LOVE my Blindsters!

    It was just a little scary ordering the blinds online, but with the reassurance that they would replace blinds that didn’t fit, even if it was my mistake in measuring, I proceeded with the order. The blinds came, and they all fit perfectly, and were quite easy to install. I live the top down/bottom up, so light and air can be controlled in many ways. Super job, thanks so much!
