FAQs - Shipping
If I place an order today, when can I expect to receive it?
Because all of our products are custom-made just for you, production times vary by product—typically between 2–10 business days. While we can’t guarantee an exact ship date, you’ll see an estimated ship time on each product page based on current production schedules. We’ll also email you when your order goes into production with the most up-to-date estimate.
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes an additional 5–7 business days. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as all or part of your order ships, and you can always check your tracking page for real-time updates from our shipping partners.
How much does shipping cost for samples, and how quickly will they arrive?
Samples ship free via Standard USPS and typically arrive within 4–6 business days. If you need your samples sooner, you can choose UPS 2nd Day Air for $5, which arrives within 2 business days.
Orders received Monday through Friday before 3 PM CT ship the same day. Orders received after 3 PM CT, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will ship the following business day.
Do you charge for shipping my order?
We’re happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders—no hidden fees, even on large or oversized items!
If your product ever needs to be remade due to an issue on our end, we’ll cover the shipping again at no cost to you. However, if a remake is requested for reasons unrelated to a defect or error on our part, a shipping fee of $85 will apply for oversized items (horizontal blinds/shades over 90" wide, vertical blinds over 90" wide or long, and all shutters).
Do you ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally?
No, we can only ship orders to the 48 contiguous states of the USA.
Will you notify me when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email notification the day after your order ships along with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date for your order. You should expect to receive multiple shipping notifications if more than one type of product was ordered.
Why does my tracking number show as "pending" or "label created"?
A shipping label with tracking number is created when your order is ready to ship, and you'll receive an email from us with the tracking information. However, the tracking number will not become active until the parcel is picked up by the shipper (FedEx or UPS), and the status will show as "pending" or "label created". Once FedEx or UPS receives the parcel, you'll be able to track the progress of your order and see the updated delivery date from the shipper.
