The product quality is as expected & the shipments have been prompt. We are still struggling through the process of obtaining the correct parts for proper installation. Based on our overall experience I cannot, in good faith, recommend Blindster to others.

The specifications describe the material as fabric, but it looks like paper to me. The cells appear to be glued on one side, so a flat lip protrudes making them somewhat asymmetrical. They were simple to install. I should have opted for a free sample prior to ordering. I wouldn't purchase the same type again.

Blindster puts 5 stickers on the bottom of the blinds and 2 stickers on the top. All of the stickers are difficult to remove and some of the stickers on the bottom are unsightly and cannot be removed. Will not order them again.

Unit is to wide. No one allowed for the brackets when making this triple blind set. I sent detailed drawing and that did not help. So 104-1/4" became 105-1/8" which dose not fit properly. Units are to long so they drag when fully extended. Right panel was not properly fastened and bottom hangs cooked. Valance is to short by about 1-3/4". Won't use anyway since it needs to be 10" tall to cover retracted blind. I will make my own valance I guess. Need to get this taken care so that I can order more blinds with confidence.
