I am waiting on a replacement. the blind was completely defective. It wouldn't pull up straight. It wouldn't open at all. I will rate the new one if it ever arrives. I expect it will be fine - occasional accidents happen

Look Great in Mom's Place
We bought these shades for the new apartment we added to our house so my 91 year old mom could come and live with us.
