  The blinds are not what we wanted. We ordered black and only the inside is black we wanted black to show from the outside as well.

  Awful. 1 shade does not go up at all. The others are all wably on the way up. The fabric is not dense enough. I have reviewed all the videos shared and adjusted them accordingly. Although I was able to get some improvement on one of them, they all wable on the way up, the fabric creates this bulge. Poor quality

  Cheep quality

  Horrible construction. Like toilet paper on a roll if you start it off crooked the paper would telescope and not roll off prperly thats exactly how some of these blinds came. The others do not repond well to being pulled down and staying. Also they do not respond well to warmth as they would not go up when they were warm. I was able to get $500 satisfaction since I was not at all. They wanted me to install all the blinds i believe I had at least 15+ BUT AFTER INSTALLING 5 and seeing the poor quality. I gave up therefore I will be eating $1000. I certainly learned a lesson. DO NOT BUY these blinds!!1

  The adhesive failed, the blind fell and then the adhesive landed on the shade itself and I can not remove it without damaging the shade

  2 Inch Cordless Vinyl Faux Wood Blinds

  Cheap

  Blinds are beveled and very cheap. Made of a bendy vinyl. Within a week, one of five blinds had unstuck and fallen to the ground. Would not recommend the product. I put the value in the quality of the product as poor, but the system automatically changed it to fair. It is a poor product. Unfortunately, Blindster is located in California and they’ve jacked the price up for very crappy blinds.

  They fall down after installation. The glue is not strong enough. So now I have blinds that lie on the floor

  One blind was cut too short and I called and contact customer service over 10 days ago and can’t get a response. I sent pictures and all the information but I have not heard anything back and I checked on it. I was totally. We’ll get to it when I get to it.

  Deluxe Blackout Vinyl Roller Shades

  Disappointed

  Our blind fell off the roller one day after installation. It seems the vinyl was attached only with glue. We didn’t even have a chance to pull on it to raise the blind. We are very disappointed, and will try to fix it ourselves.

  Deluxe Blackout Fabric Roller Shades

  The roller shade was poor quality of material & very flimsy. It was damaged on the material surface with a large wrinkle. Very disappointing and unfortunate that customer care was unable to resolve the issue.

  Light blocker was measured per instructions but not adjusted. Had to remove end cap to fit. Pully system design stinks with a "brake" that requires 3 hands. The Hunter Douglas design is better. The verticles came with terrible installation instructions and pictures. No mention that the outside mount installation needs to be off the wall for the vanes to rotate. My initial negative comments/review was ignored. I was left to figure it out.
