I would order from them again
The order process was very simple. I ended up having a problem with a blind - my mistake - and they remade the item and only charged shipping (item was still within the same price point). They had made a mistake on one valance, and remade that and shipped free of charge. The remake was done quickly.

The blinds are good
I would recommend adding a little length beyond what you measure for blinds that open and close vertically. I gave the exact measurements and my blinds stop about a quarter to half inch off the window sill.

Nice product but order samples if color is important
It was truly easy to do, directions were flawless. My only concern is the colors are not as accurate as they should be. I ordered a black which was really a very dark brown.....but the overall look was good enough to keep, as this was for a laundry room.

Very Satisfied
The blinds hang a bit crooked because thats what is so unique and awesome about this 1800s farm home. . or perhaps it was my installation. :) either way, i was very satisfied and was able to block out the sun to enjoy watching the football games over the New Year! A simple reasonably priced solution and exactly what i was trying to accomplish!

Blinds are nice
Seem to be of good quality so far but we are disappointed in the length of the crown molding pieces each of the blinds we ordered. They don't even cover the whole bracket. Other than that issue, we are enjoying our blinds

Overall I was pleased
The ordering process was very good and my order was received on time, as promised. I think I got the value I paid for. The blinds are a little less expensive and it is reflected in the quality of the product, although they are certainly acceptable.

Nice product but top/down is not cordless
The website that shows the shades is somewhat confusing as the top/down type was not cordless. Thought it was, they are trying to correct the order. We will see how it turns out.
