  Deluxe Light Filtering Fabric Roller Shades

  Awful quality

  after emails and phone calls I was left totally disappointed. The word "deluxe" needs to omitted from your description on the roller shade. The quality is pathetic. Its marginally better than a paper shade. I was offered to mail them back but after they were installed and the boxes were destroyed I have no alternative to leave them up for now.I'll be forced to replace them in the spring when I go back to my New Jersey shore house. I would NEVER recommend Blindster!!! Rip-off

  I'm sorry you are not happy with your order. We always encourage our customers to order a free sample so you can see the actual material used to make the blinds/shades. This is especially important with fabric shades because you can then see both the color and the texture of the fabric. You can return the blinds for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

  2 Inch Deluxe Wood Blinds

  They cut it wrong

  I order two blinds. One blind was 1/2 to long and the other was 3/8 too short. The mounting clips are cheap junk, not square, and very thin metal that bends too easy. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM, USE ANOTHER ONLINE SUPPLIER.

  Premium Plain Fold Roman Shades

  Total Loss

  Very unhappy with the quality of the fabric and the customer service. I emailed to see if there was any way I could exchange them and never got a reply. Very disappointed, the money spent is a complete loss. The installation is not applicable as we didn't even get that far.

  2 Inch Deluxe Cordless Faux Wood Blinds

  Deluxe is the wrong word

  Bought for my house thinking they would be nicer than the "Super Value" blinds. WRONG! They are the Exact same as far as I could tell. These were assembled even more carelessly than the "Super" cheap blinds. The build quality was terrible; there were burrs where the top metal housing was cut, parts were missing for installation, some parts were bent, and pull cords had missing brass rings. They just really looks cheesy. One of the top trim pieces had a big build sticker on the front surface, had to use goo-gone to remove. Pulls strings draped to the floor while blinds down; perfect for children to yank on. Lead time was terrible too.

  Deluxe Light Filtering Fabric Roller Shades

  Ordered Fabric, Received paper

  We ordered Fabric Blinds received some kind of paper composite, When we called customer care The lady remarked upon us telling her they were not fabric " You can't tear them. Can you? We spent over $700 for cheap cardboard and paper. We returned our blinds as instructed by mail. This cost us over $100. We feel we should have our money returned as well as the postage. We have not at this time received a reply to our e-mail over this issue. We will see if Blindster is honest and has any integrity.

  Deluxe Blackout Vinyl Roller Shades

  Too large & bad springs! :(

  1 blind was too large to fit. 2 others have bad springs so shade only goes up a couple of inches, complete waste. Poor quality!

  I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. There are several options we can try to remedy all of your issues: 1. We can replace the 1 blind that is too large to fit. If the factory made a mistake, we will replace the shade at no charge. If you need it at a different size we can replace under our fit or free policy for a cost of $15 plus the price difference (if any). 2. We have a video available that tells you how to adjust the cordless lift system so that it will work properly. If this method does not work we will replace the defective shades. 3. You can return the entire order to us and we will refund the cost of your shades. Thank you for your patience.

  Deluxe Room Darkening Fabric Roller Shades

  Poor quality

  I'm a general contractor and I purchased these shades to go over to glass French doors from the master bedroom into the bathroom to allow for some privacy when one homeowner was using the facilities the install went as planned however the shade quality is so poor that they curl up at the edges don't cover the windows all the hardware is expose and there's nothing to hide the fasteners

  I'm sorry you are not happy with your shades. I will need more information to determine all the solutions. However, the fabric should not curl on the edges. The hardware does not come with a cover unless you order the cassette valance. Some of the premium roller shades will come with a snap-on cover for outside mount hardware. Roller shades are ordered by the widest width which is at the top from bracket to bracket. The fabric width will be 7/8 inches to 1 1/2 inches less than the ordered width. This may be why the shades do not cover the actual window opening. I will contact you by telephone to see if we can resolve your problems.

  be very careful

  ordered these last month - sent several emails and NO ONE ever gets back to me on where my order is. i thought i'd try blindster after reading all the good reviews (not quite sure if they are fake or not) but NEVER AGAIN - could've gotten them weeks earlier from my usual place Award Blinds..... gave all negatives because I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER AND NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME

  Premium Plain Fold Roman Shades

  Did our whole house with these

  We used Blindster for our whole house. They are super easy to install, and we did 58 windows in one afternoon/evening. Do opt for the extra fabric to help add volume to the blinds, it makes all the difference. Fabrics are beautiful, mechanisms work well, very satisfied.
