The cordless top down bottom up on these blinds didn't function properly. Very jerky and we couldn't pull them all the way down without the top coming down. We have the Premium Light Filtering Double Cellular Shades on 5 other windows in our home and these blinds were terrible quality in comparison. Happy to say customer service was FANTASTIC in helping us remedy these issues and we are now very happy with the replacement.

I have an 81" high window in my dining room. The blind is fine, however, the cord is so short that I, being 5'1" can barely reach the bottom of the cord to open and close the blinds! Did no one think about that when designing this?

I'm sorry there was a problem with your shades. The cords on the 81" high shade should be 60" long and reachable. I will contact you to make arrangements to get this issue taken care of right away.

These shades did not fall well, the roller on one did not work properly, the extra hem I added was not straight on at least one, and one was frayed on the edge. So, after opening 4 of the 10 I ordered, I stopped opening and sent them back. This being said, I must point out is my 8th purchase from Blindster.com. I have loved everything else, all well made and easy to install. Blindster was wonderful to deal with when I sent them back.

Once again buying from the internet was not a good idea. The supposed room darkening shades are not textured like the online photo suggests and as for room darkening, the sun shines right through them! They are rather flimsy and I'm just overall disappointed with them. I disposed of the packing so don't think I have a chance of returning them so I'll be shopping locally for replacements........

My blinds were pieced together with horizontal seams , I'm returning mine since it looks like something from a thrift store .

I was drawn to Blindster products by the price, but obviously you get what you pay for (or less). Even though, they were very easy to install, the construction of the blinds was disappointing. When you raise or lower the blinds, mechanism is very tight and feels like it is scraping on the corners and the blinds are never horizontally level when raised or lowered.

Purchased this; don't expect it to last as the quality is low. Anticipate having to replace it soon.

I ordered my blinds two years ago and initially was very happy. Size was perfect - they looked good and I was pleased with pricing. However a few months later, the first one failed to open/close and I had to manually open each slat. Then #2 began to fail. It got progressively worse until it now won't open/close either. I wrote customer service asking for instructions so I could repair the mechanism - no response. I'm sorry I can no longer recommend Blindster.

It is made well, but it looks cheap. Luckily I only pull the blind down at night when no one else can see it.

This was pur second order. First was was great. This one....after four times dealing with them to get our order correct. We still got the wrong stuff. Now we have a basemlent full of their junk. My husband is trying to figure out what he can alter from the junk and try to make our blinds look half way decent.
