As adviertised
Would be nice if pull strength on blinds was even so the blinds were always level. Nice and light weight but he end caps come off if you bump the inside of the window frame with them. If you take them out of the packaging and hold them wrong you will find your self searching for all the plastic clips, end caps, and dowels that fall out of the end.

Quality blinds but expensve
I read the websites measuring instructions and am an extremely qualified handyman. I measured for exact fit minus their recommended buffer. Received the blinds and was impressed with the build and style. However, the blinds should have been 3/8 of an inch wider. If I had not subtracted their buffer, they would have fit perfectly. Not cheap either, even with their PROMO code.

Nice product
Overall great product. Should have been easy to install but the grooves on the screws provided were not deep enough and the screw drivers were not catching. What should have taken 15 minutes actually took over an hour. They should provide better screws. Roman shade does look great. Getting samples was a breeze!

Pretty nice for the price
Lowest priced blinds of this type that I could find. Blinds arrived quickly, fit my windows, and were vere easy to install. The appearnce is nice was exactly what I expected. I do have a problem with one of the shades sticking in the down position. I can normally give it a shake to get it to retract but occasionally need to remove it toget the spring mechanism to engage. If you shake it to hard while it is installed it will come out of the mount. The other shade works perfectly.

You could see thru them
Please let your customer know that you can thru them both in and out. They were the right size, easy to hang and attractive from the inside but we n totally see out and those outside can totally see in. I didn't know that or I would have selected something else or had them lined. Your reps were all great and we were told that we could return them but that is such a hassle we have decided to keep them and bought drapes to go over them and a stained glass film to go over the window that is too short to have drapes. We are planning to buy more blinds from you for the dining room but we are going for the faux wood blinds this time. I just wished that you had let us know that they were so totally see thru.

The main thing is width of the shades can be a problem. We had to have ours remade do tho the 1/2 inch they too off our measurements. you may want to add a 1/2 inch to your width when ordering in side shades.. Our width was to short on the remakes and light comes in around the shade. The company does not seem to do what is asked as far as width for in side shades. cords could.be made better so they do not tangle.

We have had some issues with delivery of the shades (FedEx delivered on a weekend during a driving rainstorm, ruining the boxes (and shades) they left laying on the porch in a puddle), and a run of defective materials that let light come through. Know that "blackout" isn't perfect. If the sides of your window are not straight (like mine) there will be light peeking around the edges. If you require complete blackout, choose outside mount.
